OPERATIONS SUPPORT

1.      Bi-Monthly visit to Franchisee.

2.      Conducting quarterly meeting in the region.

3.       Approval of Advertisements (any type).

4.      Approval of Premises. (If changed).

5.      College visits along with Franchisee, to get dates of demo and Presentations or closing the deal for tie-ups.

6.      Co-ordinating with Technical team upon HOD meeting.

7.      Planning HOD meeting or other activities along with Franchisee.

8.      Ensure Franchisee must give books to the students.

9.      Conducting common marketing activities in the region.

LOGISTICS 

1.      Issue Course Material.

2.      Issue Promotional Material.

3.      Issues Calendars, Diaries etc.

4.      Issue Certificates after checking from Back-office.
